The Problem with Poppy was only published a week ago, and what a week it’s been. As well as the official book launch on Tuesday 1st June, I have been really busy posting out the books and associated memorabilia such as posters, bookmarks and plush toys of Poppy and Rory, to those that pledged as part of the Kickstarter. I am now working my way through all the pre-orders and I’m pleased to say that I’ve donated copies of the book to numerous local charities.

I’m pleased to say that The Problem with Poppy is being stocked by my local visitor centre as well as numerous bookshops and retailers across the North West, including Write Blend in LIverpool and Nantwich Bookshop Coffee Lounge. I am now in discussions with distributors with a view to getting the book into gift shops at zoos, safari parks and wildlife parks and will keep you updated on this!

On top of all this, I also have a five-day mini-blog tour starting this Friday, which I’m very excited about. The tour was fully booked within 24 hours, and I hope that the bloggers taking part enjoy the book. Of course, The Problem with Poppy and related merchandise are also available in my online shop here, and I’ll be adding more products soon!
